Candidates address farmers Monday in East Lansing

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Monday morning at 9 AM, some candidates running to become Michigan's next governor will take part in a forum in East Lansing.

The event is hosted by nearly 20 agriculture organizations.

It is designed to bring together farmers from across the state to hear from the candidates.

Current Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley, Patrick Colbeck, Doctor Jim Hines, Abdul El-Sayed, and Shri Thanedar are all scheduled to attend.

The forum kicks off at nine o'clock and will happen at the Kellogg Center.
