LANSING, MI (WILX) - On this episode of Science Says, Meteorologist Brett Collar dives into the Gulf of Mexico to talk about the "dead zone". It's an area of water where the oxygen level is so low, that marine life has a hard time living there. He's joined by Anthony Kendall, Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Michigan State University.
