MSP: Lansing woman arrested after gun, meth discovered during traffic stop
LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A 43-year-old woman was taken into police custody Friday morning after a traffic stop revealed contraband.
According to authorities, Michigan State Police troopers conducted a traffic stop on I-96, near US-127, where they found a gun and methamphetamine. Police said the woman, a resident of Lansing, was taken into police custody for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of methamphetamine and felony firearm.
She is currently lodged at the Ingham County Jail awaiting arraignment.
