HOLT, Mich. (WILX) - A woman in Holt is creating her own spooky spectacle by turning her home into a haunted house.

Debra Wright created an interactive walk-through experience starting in her garage that takes guests through her backyard. She has 15 actors placed throughout the haunted home for extra spooks.

This scary fun is free, however, Wright is accepting non-perishable food donations. Those items will be given to the Holt food bank.

This year the theme is “Asylum.” The walk-throughs begin on Oct. 29.

To stop by and donate, visit 1963 Cromwell St, Holt, MI 48842.
