A registered dietician is sharing her tips on the perfect parfait and what it needs
LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -We know exercising is important for overall health, but what about what we put in your body to fuel it for the day or for a workout?
Registered dietician, Wendi Irlbeck, stopped by Studio 10 to teach us how to make a healthy Greek yogurt parfait.
Irlbeck says, “For those that are watching, that are active and looking for quick, simple tips on how to be healthy right away in the morning, a Greek yogurt parfait is an excellent way to power up your day.”
Irlbeck says you can make the parfait your own but suggests layered Greek yogurt, fruits and healthy fats such as nut butters.
