WHY AFTER 4 YEARS HASEN'T THE CITY OF ER FIXED THE OLD SWESR PROBLEMS?. THEY JUST STARTED TWO WEEKS AGO ON THE NEW SEWERS. MOST OF THE BASEMENTS ON WICKLOW RD HAVE TAKEN ON WATER/ SEWER BACK UP. OR MAYBE THE CITY WAITED TOO LONG TO OPEN THE DAMS. AS OF FIR SMITH RD DAM WAS CLOSED AND BY THE TIME THE CITY OPENED IT IT WAS TOO LATE. HEADS SHOULD ROLL, AND LAW SUITES SHOULD BE FILED.
