This year, “It’s back and it’s out there” Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry is going to do it again! On Sunday 10-3-10, couples will be racing in bright colored T-Shirts through East Lansing and the MSU campus solving clues, doing challenges and having a great time in hopes of taking home the $10K Tacori diamond ring grand prize.
Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry has partnered with SCVNGR Inc to turn East Lansing into a real-world game board with the 2nd Annual Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamond Dash. Couples on this interactive treasure hunt do challenges at locations sent to their cell phones to rack up points in hopes of finding the grand prize. At the end of the day, the beautiful Tacori diamond ring will go home with one lucky couple.
To participate in the game, couples or teams of two must submit their stories to the official website at www.BBKDiamondDash.com Teams can be couples, friends, mothers & daughters…any team of two. The stories will be reviewed, and the teams with the best stories will be offered a chance to partake in the game.
The event is Sunday, 10-3-10 at 10 a.m. at Demonstration Hall Field, on the MSU campus followed with an after event party at Eagle Eye Golf Club, at 1 p.m., where the winners will be announced and the ring will be presented. An on-stage proposal is very likely as most couples playing for the diamond are hoping to get engaged. Last year they had 3 live proposals at the after party!
1: When hunting for this treasure, XX/XY marks the spot.
2: Head to the wordiest building at MSU. *Hint, run for your life.
3: Get ready to channel your inner journalist.
4: "How empty is theory in presence of fact!". Get ready to find this author's buddy.
