Kelsey Gets 20 to 45 Years For Deputy's Death

Posted: 07/22/2015 - It was standing room only in an Ingham County courtroom Wednesday morning as John Kelsey II was sentenced to 20 - 45 years in prison. Kelsey was found guilty last month of leading Ingham County Deputy Grant Whitaker on the high speed chase that killed him. In court, Whitaker's Mother spoke to the judge asking him to finish her son's job from that night.
