Despite Trooper Graduation, State Police Numbers Remain Low

The MSP now has 968 officers serving the public--that's just three more than last October. Mixed Reviews About New Lunches

10 Arrest Warrants Issued For Avoiding Jury Duty in Jackson

Updated: 10/09/2013 - Trying to avoid jury duty could earn some folks a weekend in jail. Hundreds of of people have been shirking their civic duty in Jackson by not responding to requests to jury duty questionnaires by the court. Now the court is showing force, and reminding people they have a responsibility to serve, or pay fines and do jail time. As News Ten's Brian Johnson reports the goal is to send a message, and the word is getting out.
