The Lansing Housing Commission says things are getting better slowly but surely at its apartment building on 3200 S. Washington Ave., but some tenants say otherwise.
Two months ago, News 10 received a complaint about poor living conditions in the building. The tenant complained of dirt, unfinished floors and a filthy trash room.
The Lansing Housing Commission said change was on the way and News 10 revisited the building Tuesday.
News 10's Lorne Fultonberg will show you what we found tonight on News 10 at Six.
