Classical Bells Concert

14 member group rings nearly 200 handbells and choir chimes. Wide variety of genres such as classical, jazz, inspirational, ragtime and swing. Tickets $10.00.

Jackson Symphony Orchestra - Michigan and Finland, a tale of two...cold places

Jackson College's Potter Center, 2111 Emmons Rd., Jackson, MI 49201
Scott Seaton, a young conductor who has appeared all across the country and Europe with many major orchestras, is bringing a unique program of Michigan composer Evan Chambers, Kairos, and two masterpieces of Sibelius, Finlandia and Symphony #2.

The concert is preceded by the Backstage Glimpse, a free educational and entertaining presentation with Dr. Bruce Brown, 6:30 p.m. in the Federer Room at Jackson College.
