Meaghan Norman started as a reporter for WILX in October 2009.

She is a native New Englander who was born and raised in Connecticut. Meaghan went to Wellesley College in Massachusetts for her undergraduate degree and then she worked as an associate producer for WFSB in Hartford, Conn. Meaghan chose to go back to school in June 2008 for her Master's degree at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in Evanston, Ill.

In school Meaghan focused on business and economics reporting. She has a penchant for storytelling and loves getting out to meet new people to report news that affects everyday lives.

When not on the job she enjoys cooking, mastering the Sudoku, traveling, going to church and has recently started to jog. If you see her around say hello.
