A.J. Hilton joined the WILX News team in March of 2007 as the weekend anchor/reporter. He moved to "the Great Lakes State" from "the Land of 10,000 Lakes," otherwise known as Minnesota. Starting at KSAX EYEWITNESS NEWS as the weekend anchor/reporter, he then took over the 5, 6 and 10 p.m.shows. A.J. is a graduate of the University of Minnesota's School of Journalism and Mass Communication and minored in African American Studies.

Born in Dallas, Texas, A.J. moved to Twin Cities in 1993, but is still a huge Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks and Rangers fan. He will gladly join a pick-up game almost anytime. When he isn't working, you can usually catch him listening to music, traveling or spending time with friends.
