Missing 3 players who were suspended due to thier part in a fight with Jackson last Friday, Everett was able to beat crosstown rival Sexton 7-nothing. Everett scored in the first quarter on a Devon Beauford 10-yard touchdown run.

The Everett defense held the Big Reds to just 61 total yards in the game. Everett and the rest of our local teams who have qualified for the MHSAA playoffs will find out Sunday night at 6:30 who they are playing and when.
