Northwestern announced Tuesday its April 20th baseball game against Michigan will be played on a Saturday in Wrigley Field, the famous home of the Chicago Cubs. Game time has not yet been announced.
Northwestern plays Michigan State Feb. 17th in Greenville, South Carolina as an exhibition game since the two do not meet in the conference schedule. Some in the Big Ten would like to see the league's baseball tournament played at Wrigley but this spring it will be held at the home of the Minnesota Twins and in 2014 in Omaha, Nebraska at the College World Series stadium.
