U. S. women's gymnastics coach John Geddert is hinting that DeWitt's Jordyn Wieber may be suffering from a stress fracture in her foot. Geddert told reporters in London after the U. S. women's gold medal victory Tuesday that Wieber has struggled the past two weeks with a bruised right heel. He fears a stress fracture but added it did not bother Wieber in her three apparatus performances in the team finals. Wieber is due to compete in the individual floor exercise on Thursday.
