The White Sox beat the Minnesota Twins 6-2 in Chicago Wednesday afternoon. The White Sox thus increase their Central Division lead over the Detroit Tigers to a game and a half pending the Tigers' home game Wednesday night against the Cleveland Indians. The Tigers are off on Thursday and begin a ten game road trip in Los Angeles Friday night with a weekend series against the Angels before moving on to Chicago for four games with the White Sox next week and then three more in Cleveland.
