As expected, Western Michigan University Tuesday introduced P. J. Fleck as the school's new head football coach. At age 31, Fleck becomes the youngest head coach in division one. He has been an assistant with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Fleck replaces the fired Bill Cubit after Western finished 4-8 this past season. Fleck's first game next fall will be at Michigan State.
