The Kansas City Royals won their third straight one run game over the Detroit Tigers Thursday night, recording a 2-1 decision. Jhonny Peralta's RBI single scored the only Tigers' run after they trailed 2-0. Rick Porcello was the losing pitcher. The Tigers fall to 69-61 and stay three games behind the White Sox who lost three of four in Baltimore and open a three game series in Detroit Friday night.
