The Detroit Tigers' first game next season will be April 1st in Mineapolis against the Twins. The 2013 major league schedule was released Wednesday. The Houston Astros move to the American League where they will open against the Texas Rangers. There will now be six divisions of five teams each. The Tigers play at Miami September 27-29. The Tigers will play 19 games against the four division opponents and 66 against the other American League teams and 20 will be against those from the National League.
