Former Spartan and Detroit Lions quarterback Drew Stanton has been traded by the New York Jets.... he now goes to the Indianapolis Colts for an undisclosed draft choice. Stanton requested the trade after the Jets obtained Tim Tebow from Denver earlier this weeki. Stanton spent five years with the Lions and wanted to move up to a back up from third string. Who knows what he'll be with the Colts who have lost Peyton Manning and likely will take Andrew Luck with the first pick in the draft next month.
