The Spartansx trailed 23-18 at halftime and never gained the lead in the second half. Draymond Green finished his MSU career with 13 points and 16 rebounds, but he was the only Spartans who didn't struggle during the evening. MSU finishes with a 29-8 record. Louisville goes on to meet the Marquette vs. Florida winner in the Elite Eight game Saturday.
