Michigan State held on to beat Wisconsin 49-47 Tuesday night in Madison in men's Big Ten basketball. The Spartans trailed 19-12 and 28-27 at halftime. Wisconsin made 7 of 18 free throws in falling to 13-6 on the season. The Spartans are now 6-1 in the Big Ten and 17-3 overall. The Spartans have won two in a row in Madison for the first time since 2001-02. MSU plays at Indiana Sunday afternoon.
