Spartans Earn First Round Bye in NCAA Tournament

The Michigan State men's soccer team was selected as a No. 11 overall seed in the 2013 NCAA Tournament, as announced on Monday afternoon on The Spartans (12-5-3) will host the winner of Louisville and Denver in the second round at DeMartin Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Michigan State will be making its 16th NCAA Tournament appearance in school history, and sixth in the last seven years. Head Coach Damon Rensing is making his third appearance in four seasons at the helm of the Spartans. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion.
