The NFL's Washington Redskins have signed the second pick in the April draft, quarterback Robert Griffin III. It's a four year deal worth $21.1 million and all guaranteed. The Baylor star was the Heisman Trophy winner. Of the 32 first round picks, 13 have now signed. Griffin was called the team's starter after the draft by Redskins' head coach Mike Shanahan. Michigan State's Kirk Cousins has also signedf and is due to back up Griffin this season.
