The Detroit Red Wings Wednesday announced the signing of free agent defenseman Kyle Quincy to a two year contract. Terms were not disclosed. Quincey was originally selected by Detroit in the 4th round of the 2003 draft. Quincey was acquired by the Red Wings last season and appeared in 72 total games for Detroit and Colorado.
