Red Wings Beat Nashville

The Detroit Red Wings closed out their regular season home schedule Thursday night with a 5-2 win over Nashville. It's the most goals in a game for Detroit since late February, a span of 16 games. The Wings moved into 7th place in the Western Conference standings and now have a good chance to make the NHL playoffs for a 23rd consecutive year. The Red Wings' final scheduled game is at Dallas on Saturday.
