Rain Wipes Out Several Games

The Lansing Lugnuts were rained out of their Wednesday night home game against the West Michigan Whitecaps which never started. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader, two seven inning games, beginning at 6:05 pm on Thursday.
Michigan State's home softball game with Toledo was halted after three scoreless innings-- no stats will count.
And Michigan State's baseball team led Central Michigan 1-0 in the 5th inning at Comerica Park in Detroit when rain halted play for the night. The game will resume in Mount Pleasant May 14th prior to a regularly scheduled game. MSU's softball and baseball teams now head to Minnesota for three game series' this weekend.
