Brandon Knight's three point shot at the buzzer just missed and the Detroit Pistons lost at New Jersey Wednesday night, 99-96 to the Nets. It was the Pistons' 7th straight defeat and third in three nights, all on the road. The Pistons lost by more than 20 at Milwaukee and the New York Knicks, but Wednesday's game, against a struggling Nets team, was close throughout. The Pistons now have a 4-20 record, second worst in the NBA with 42 games remaining.
