The Cleveland Cavaliers erased an 11-point deficit after three quarters and beat the Detroit Pistons Tuesday night in Cleveland 101-100. The Pistons had won seven of their last nine games, but with the loss fall to 11-23. Greg Monroe led the Pistons with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
