NBA teams could formally introduce free agent signings Wednesday and the Detroit Pistons introduced Josh Smith. The small forward played the last seven seasons with the Hawks in Atlanta. He gets a reported $54 million over the next four years. Smith said looking at the Pistons roster he thinks the team can make the playoffs in his first season. PIstons president Joe Dumars called it a good day for the franchise.
