Pistons Beat Knicks

The Detroit Pistons broke away from a 43-43 halftime tie Tuesday night and beat the New York Knicks 92-86 at the Palace. Carmelo Anthony had 25 points and seven reobunds for the Knicks in a losing cause. Rodney Stuckey led the Pistons with 21 points. The Pistons improve to 4-6 on the season and the Knicks drop to 3-7.
