Penn State has lost its fourth verbal commitment. Zach Bradshaw of Damascus, Maryland notified Penn State coach Bill O'Brien Tuesday morning he will sign elsewhere in February. Bradshaw's father says the NCAA sanctions against the school were the deciding factor.
Bradshaw is considering Northwestern, South Carolina and Virginia and is considered a back or receiver. Michigan State offered Bradshaw after he committed to Penn State but he said no to the Spartans. He is considered a three star athlete.
