Chicago Simeon High School basketball star Jabari Parker says he'll announce his college choice at the school Dec. 20th at 3pm. Parker has visited five schools, but his dad says the choice likely will come down to Michigan State or Duke. Parker, 6-8, is just playing again after suffering a broken foot during a European trip in the summer. He would be Michigan State's only signee if he choosese the Spartans. Parker is ranked second in the nation among recruits by ESPN. He cannot sign officially until April.
