President Obama's men's basketball bracket will be released in full Wednesday, but his Final Four teams were released Tuesay night-- Kentucky, Missour, Ohio State and North Carolina. MSU is the top seed in the Weset where Missouri is the second seed. Obama's bracket will inidicate a national champ Wednesday.
