The NBA Tuesday announced a $25,000 fine to the Los Angeles Lakers' Steve Blake. He allegedly got into a profanity laced tirade with a fan near the end of last Friday's game against the crosstown Clippers. Blake was starting for the injured Steve Nash and eventually fouled out of the game and had words with the fan a second time.
