The NBA announced Wednesday penalties for players who are charged with flopping during games to draw charging fouls. A warning goes with the first offense-- the second provides a $5,000 fine. Each additional occurance the fine increases by $5,000 and it escalates to $30,000 for the fifth such occurance. The NBA says it has yet to determine what penalties will be when the post season arrives.
