Minor League Attendance Up


The average regular season attendance in the minor leagues rose 1.8 per cent this year to its highest level sinced 2009. The average per game was 4,040, up from 3,967 and the most since 4,055 four years ago.
Indianapolis drew the most fans at 637,579 and Dayton led the Midwest League and all class A attendances with an average of 8,405 per game. Dayton has led all class A attendance figures during its 14 years of existence.
