The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Wednesday that Mark McGwire is the team's new hitting coach. McGwire lives 40 minutes from Dodgers' Stadium. McGwire spent the past two seasons in the same role with the St. Louis Cardinals. St. Louis promoted John Mabry to hitting coach for next season. McGwire broke baseball's single season home run record in 1998 before admitting he used steroids.
