Maxwell Named MSU Starting Quarterback

Michigan State football coach Mark Dantonio announced his starting lineup Tuesday for Friday's opening game against Western Michigan. No surprise, senior Andrew Maxwell is the quarterback, but Dantonio added that Connor Cook will also play in the game. Jeremy Langford, a junior, will start at runninig back with Riley Bullough second string-- they replace Le'Veon Bell who is now with the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers. Kevin Muma is the place kicker and Mike Sadler the punter.
