Manziel Returns, Taunts Opponents

Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel ended his day the way he began it: on the bench.

The reigning Heisman Trophy winner sat out the first half as punishment for his involvement in signing autographs. Three touchdown passes later, Manziel was pulled by coach Kevin Sumlin following an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for pointing at the scoreboard after a TD pass in the fourth quarter.

Manziel completed six of eight passes for 94 yards, and ran six times for 19 yards as the seventh-ranked Aggies clobbered Rice 52-31. Matt Joeckel threw for 190 yards and a touchdown to help A&M build a 28-21 halftime lead.
