Heisman winning quarterback Johnny Manziel has plea bargained a deal to avoid jail time for an altercation outside a local bar last June before his record setting year at Texas A&M last fall. Manziel is being fined more than $2,200 but he is being given credit for two days served in jail at the time. Manziel was charged with failing to give police officers his proper identification. He begins his junior season for the Aggies this fall.
