The Los Angeles Dodgers announced late Tuesday that Guggenheim Baseball Management has come to terms to purchase the club from owner Frank McCourt. The purchasing group includes Lansing native Earvin "Magic" Johnson, who issued a statement late Tuesday confirming the deal. It must be approved by major league baseball and the price reportedly is $2 billion. More details are expected from a Wednesday announcement.
