Earvin "Magic" Johnson will not attend Friday's alumni game at MSU's Jenison Fieldhouse. He has an appointment at the White House. MSU officials hope Johnson will attend Saturday's game. Jud Heathcote earlier had been noted as being absent Friday with a hip injury from a fall on ice last Sunday. Gus Ganakas and Mark Dantonio will serve as coaches for the teams with more than 40 players to be introduced beofre the 7pm tipoff.
