Draymond Green, Michigan State's senior forward, was chosen 35th Thursday night in the NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors. Green was the 5th pick in the 2nd round and will not receive a guaranteed contract. Green had been projected by many in the media to go late first round. He watched with family and friends at a watch party in his hometown of Saginaw. He had worked out for 12 NBA teams.
