Baylor remains No. 1 while piling up easy victories.
The Lady Bears received 24 first-place votes Monday in the women's college basketball poll by The Associated Press. They beat Kansas and Texas Tech this past week.
Baylor has won 15 straight games -- all by double digits -- since its lone loss of the season to No. 2 Connecticut. The Lady Bears visit No. 6 Texas A&M on Sunday.
UConn stayed second with 13 first-place ballots. The Huskies routed then-No. 10 North Carolina last Monday before beating Pittsburgh on Saturday. Connecticut visits Rutgers on Wednesday in a showdown of Big East unbeatens.
Duke, Stanford and Tennessee complete the first five.
Georgia Tech joined the Top 25 for the first time this season while Arkansas fell out.
One voter was unable to vote this week.
