Michigan State's women's golf team moved from 21st place to 16th after three rounds of the NCAA championships in Franklin, Tenn. The Spartans shot a 6 over par round on Thursday, their best showing of the tournament. Junior Caroline Powers led MSU with a 73 and she is now tied for 27th place at 6 over par. MSU tees off at 9:28am Friday in the final round.
