Michigan State junior hockey defenseman Torey Krug has signed a contract with the NHL's Boston Bruins. Krug, a Livonia native, will report to the Providence Bruins for the remainder of this season before his new three year contract kicks in beginning in the fall. Krug is the CCHA player of the year. A formal news conference is set for noon Sunday at Munn Arena. MSU loses nine other seniors. The Spartans bowed out of the NCAA tournament with a 3-1 loss to Union on Friday.
