Michigan State dropped the opener of a Big Ten baseball three game series at Indiana Friday, losing 3-2 to the Hoosiers. Grand Ledge's Tony Wieber wild pitched in the winning run in the bottom of the 9th. The Spartans fall to 3-4 in Big Ten play and 20-12 on the season. The teams play a pair of 1pm games on Saturday and Sunday before the Spartans host Western Michigan at 3pm next Tuesday.
