Exton, Pennsylvania's Jay Harris, from Downingtown High School, committed to MSU football coach Mark Dantonio Monday night. He is the second verbal of the day for MSU following Trey Kilgore of Cincinnati. Both are wide receivers and Harris is also a return specialist. Harris is ranked the #14 prospect in Pennsylvania and #75 wide out in the country by some analysists. MSU now has ten football verbal commitments to sign next February.
